Maintenance Contract

Have you invested in CARF software and want to ensure it is always up to date? Then take advantage of our CARF maintenance contract.

Your benefits at a glance:

• Always the latest software version (downgrade possible if required)
• At least one version per year
• Assistance from our support team
  Mon–Thu: 09:00 – 16:30 and Fri: 09:00 – 15:00 on +49 7031 304748-9 or at any time via email at support@luartxit.com
• Participation at reduced rates, e.g. at user meetings
• Installation checks
• Training materials as PDF files

The following are not included in the maintenance contract:

• Software installation
• Set-up of env files and customisation of MicroStation configuration files

If you require technical support for setting up your software, please send us a brief email stating the number of computers involved. Please note that the user on each computer requires administrator rights and that the software (MicroStation, CARF and, where applicable, env files) must have been downloaded in full.
